2015/16 Football Season

A point is not what you deserved, zand, spurs never finished you off!

We could have another free week, as we are due to play Braintree (who?) On the day of the next round in cup, they drew today! Hopefully Oxford will see them off in the replay!

My kids won 3-1, despite the ref!
Player handles on the line and doesn't get red card, said same player sores equaliser, said same player, took out three of our players, said player pulled our forward down in the box and ref played on. But the worst, my left mid scored a great goal, a goal of the season contender.
He beat three players wide with pace then drove into box, and squeezed the ball between keeper and post, ball nestled in net. Ref gave goal kick!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said ball went through gap in net, no gap!!! ***!!!!!
We couldn't believe it! It was credit to the lads to get the win!

I've tried for @zand to rally for the Rovers, but when it came down to the big decision, she opted for her other three teams. I do believe, that zand has enough on her plate!:)
 
Well Sheff Utd crashed out of the Paint Trophy last night in the penalty shoot out. Barnsley scraped a 1-0 win over York city. Now they are the only Yorkshire side left in it.
Wigan blasted Blackpool 4-0 in the Lancs derby.
Plymouth 3 Millwall 5 what a scrap that must have been eh.
Morcambe put Rochdale out a surprise there


England U21's take on Bosnia-Hercegovina tomorrow night
England first team take on Spain on Friday night now that should be a tester for them

4 teams Zand ? dont be greedy stick to the 1 lol must admit i shout for any of the Yorkshire sides in a cup except Leeds of course :D:D

Barnsley did us proud last night only Yorky team left in the paint Trophy :D:cool::D

lol I couldn't possibly cut it down to 1 John! But I will stick with Leeds, FGR and Arsenal because my 4th would be Swindon Town.... Nah, I stick with the 3 I've got already. ;) :)

Well yes, that's Leeds for me, but I'm a Gooner by marriage so that's the team I support by going to games. FGR is my local team so I go there sometimes too. If I had to choose just one it would be LUFC but I know more about Arsenal these days because I watch them more.
