Well, Saints beat West Brom but only thanks to a brilliant goal from Sofian Boufal. Brighton next, which ought to be a foregone conclusion - so why do I feel that it won't be?

The optimist in me says that at least we're mid-table; the pessimist says we're only four points off the drop zone. It's going to be one of those seasons.

As for the Brighton game being a foregone conclusion I'd like to think you are right but there again I thought that about Man Ut game before hand and look what happened there. I don't think anybody would have tipped us to win not even the bookies. :D

Now there's a thing I wonder if anybody was brave enough to back us to win ? I reckon if they did they'll be quids in :D
 
Well, a really ad weekend for all four Merseyside teams, all of them getting beat.
Rovers 2-1, Liverpoo, losing 4-1, Bluenoses, 5-2, Southport 2-1.

We got beat by an 96th minutes header.
But we are to blame because of the time wasting and our defensive tactics and of course the weather! I was literally blown away!
Not a good trip, tho I do like the shots!

Away again Tuesday to the monkey hangars!
Cold and not looking forward to it. Never seen us win at Victoria park!

Really shocking!

I'm angry at that result!
