2023/24 Football Season.

Just in, won 2-1, weather was awful to play and watch. So result was more important than performance.
This means a nice gap to the relegation zone and we have moved up a place.
Another result next Saturday and the fears of going down will keep the momentum going!

The big night tomorrow. We gotta beat Preston at all costs cos QPR play Plymouth on Weds night and They could well win that as Plymouth aren't exactly having a good time of things. A draw for us and a win for QPR would see us in the danger zone. Lets just hope and pray we get that win.

Well done.

Good luck with that mate.

That's it over lost 1-3 :( That's really put the cat among the pigeons now. We need Plymouth to beat QPR tomorrow night otherwise we are in the relegation zone :( Eeek I daren't look. Our next game is away to Millwall on Saturday and they are a bogy team so who knows. That's followed by an Away trip to Norwich a week on Saturday which could all result in us spending Christmas in the drop zone.

That 's tough mate.
Not a good run of fixtures either.
Hopefully, your lot can sort it, and use January window to bolster quality.

And there we have it. Ended 0-0 draw. QPR very unlucky not to have won it considering Plymouth had a man sent off after 25 mins. QPR had the most chances. Now they sit just 1 solitary point behind us. Now it really is scary time. It all hinges on Saturday afternoon. QPR play Sheffield Weds so that could go either way but they have to be the favorites although Weds have picked up a little bit. I don't rate our chances at Millwall but hopefully our lads will prove me wrong. Watch this space.

We have been taken over by a rich Yankee family (Piatek) they have paid of the clubs debts and are chasing the signatures of Haaland & Mbappe in the January transfer window
Yes, I caught this! Hope it works for you.
Be good if you can survive this season in league one and then kick on upwards next.

Away to Walsall tomorrow, any result will keep the recent decent form going.

All the best for all our teams over the weekend.
