2023/24 Football Season.

The Big Yorkshire derby tomorrow lunchtime. Would be nice if we could beat Leeds but I somehow cannot see it. Just gotta hope that Leicester beat QPR and Middlesbrough to beat Stoke.

Ecstatic am I now. We got away with a draw which given that we were down to 10men at half-time is a bloody good result. Just need QPR and stoke and Sheffield Wednesday to lose and it will have been a belter of an afternoon. UTT.
 
Stoke won 2.0 QPR won 1.2 and Sheffield Wednesday won 2.1 that now puts stoke on level points and level gd to us. Eek we are literally staring down the barrel of a gun. If we lose on Wednesday night then well I don't need to spell it out.
 
Won 1-0 late goal.
But an awful game on an awful day.
Very cold and very wet.
Even had the !luxury of missing a peno.
Next up Gillingham away next Saturday.
Season well and truly over now!
