3 months in :O

Hey, i am three months in to being diagnosed and still find my bloods yo-yoing from high to low, my diet is not bad i have never eaten poorly because of my sports yet i am still having these fluctuations and unable to predict :/ any ideas ?

I see from your profile you are type 1. What sort of help have you had from health professionals? consultant? dietician? What do they say about your levels?
