(You can also save the meal and carbs if it’s a regular meal you have)</p><p>If you don’t have a smart meter I recommend you keep track of your blood sugar. Especially at the very beginning when your not quite used to it.</p><p></p><p></p><p>It may be hard and you will have tough times. However remain positive and know who you are.
