    How about any other health benefits you are feeling, like improved energy levels etc ?

    Energy levels is a bit odd. Feeling more mobile with the weight loss. But work is a bit stressy. So the benefits are being neutralized!

    It’s surprising how quickly your body shape changes and the weight loss occurs isn’t it? I think the clothes trick is a great way for us to realise the changes, the mirror and or the scales don’t always do it for me but when something can no longer be worn it proves beyond all shadow of a doubt that you are not what you were.
