You responded to my first 'Oh **** I've got T2 what do I do" type post.
Without your immediate reassuring replies and tips. They gave me the inspiration to change immediately and drive a huge change in my lifestyle.
So without you two I'd have had no chance.
So thanks![]()

Basically followed the 8 week blood sugar diet book br Claire Bailey recipes.Congratulations! I would like to know what diet you took and exercises you did to achieve this! Please share with us.
Every one notices and comments. It's great motivation to keep going!Add my congratulations to the chorus, a celebration for achieving a tough target is in order. Keep going and I am sure you will achieve the target weight you set yourself. Who else has noticed your weight loss? What was their reaction? I know some of my work colleagues are positively jealous of my weight loss and how long I have managed to keep it!
