Today is my 6th month diagnosis anniversary.
My Hb1AC was 126 and in 6 months it's down to 60.i know I have a long way to go, but this won't beat me
I have had a lot of incredibly dark days and my mental health has really taken a battering. But I look at my children and they are the ones keeping me going.
I have had a lot of hurtful things said by family but I can now see them for who they are and how toxic they are, so maybe this is a positive. If I could have done things differently I would have not told anyone and I would have also joined this group earlier. So thank you everyone for your support. Heres to another 6 months. Xx
