97% pork sausages

What do they taste like? We bought a sausage making kit, and our all meat sausages were quite dry.
 
That is definitely a bargain as Sainsburys 97% are £4 for 12 & the fact that the carb count is low as well

You beat me to it - I was just going to post this too! They also have smaller 400g packs for £1.64.

And now I expect they'll all be sold out before my next delivery at the weekend...

I've had the so called "mini" ones which I believe are also the same, they have tough skins but otherwise OK. I've used these as a variation instead of pork for a Diet Doctor keto recipe with baby kale, cranberries and pecans. Yummy !

I feel a trip to Waitrose coming on. I usually have their free range Cumberland sausages, but these look good too.
