I buy them often and stock in freezer think they are one of better sausages around. Can’t afford whole shops in Waitrose but some things good price for high quality.

That is definitely a bargain as Sainsburys 97% are £4 for 12 & the fact that the carb count is low as well

I buy Heck 97% pork, which taste lovely and do nothing to my BS levels.

You beat me to it - I was just going to post this too! They also have smaller 400g packs for £1.64.

And now I expect they'll all be sold out before my next delivery at the weekend...

I've had the so called "mini" ones which I believe are also the same, they have tough skins but otherwise OK. I've used these as a variation instead of pork for a Diet Doctor keto recipe with baby kale, cranberries and pecans. Yummy !
