3 months ago, was diagnosed T2 Hba1C of 84.

Put on Metformin (2 twice a day).

Hit the internet and found this site, amazing resource.

So far down from 87.5kg to 81.5kg having a sensible diet.

I take curcumin supplements.

Haven't touched bread in 3 months.

Discovered cycling (and an enormous hill to go up).

Discovered pork scratchings are a carbohydrate and sugar flatline.... no effect whatsoever!

Haven't has my "course" yet due to holidays.

Now my blood sugar hovers between 37 and 55.

AND I FEEL FULL OF LIFE!

Well done! Try and keep your blood sugars between 37 and 41 and your are golden.l

You are pretty well gilt plated now! I love Pork Scratchings. I get the lighter ones that are easier on the teeth! No added stuff, really yummy.
