George Stella has a low carb lemon meringue pie recipe.

I made it. It took a long time but it turned out great. Fat too good to fling at anyone.

The ingenuity of low carb chefs is amazing.

People that feel just because diabates is a life-threatening "illness" it should be treated with kid gloves and nobody is allowed to have a laugh. My humour got me through abuse, near death experiences, serious and debilitating illnesses and lifelong pain and deformity - why give up the thing that works??
I shall be there with ... macanuts on - I was gonna say Bells but worried it might excite the whisky drinkers ...

So where will it be? I've heard the New Forest is lovely ;)
