This is why I am going to hospital. I eat one thing and my bloods rise, and if I eat the same thing the next day I hypo. It's doing my head in. Up and down like a proverbial pair of................! However going to eat meat and eggs and salads till I go in. Very few carbs. Thanks for the best wishes.
