Great stuff Andy12345. You will look so cool. Helmet much more attractive than stoved in head. Don't forget you have to kit out littlen too.
ok today we are heading out geocaching, we are all going (even my 13 yr old cave (bedroom) dweller is coming) so should be fun, we are wellied up and will be wearing stinging nettle proof clothes so we will be walking for hours, that should cover my exercise for the challenge, now i have to try and stay calm whilst the wife spends 85 hours doing i dont know what to get ready
Ok. I get the message. I will stop "helicopter parenting". Hope you find some good treasure, and have some to leave too. Wish we could have done this when my kids were young. Sounds fun.ok today we are heading out geocaching, we are all going (even my 13 yr old cave (bedroom) dweller is coming) so should be fun, we are wellied up and will be wearing stinging nettle proof clothes so we will be walking for hours, that should cover my exercise for the challenge, now i have to try and stay calm whilst the wife spends 85 hours doing i dont know what to get ready

when we go away in the caravan my husband always looks to see what geocaches are in the area for when he gets up early to take the dog for a walk. I have done a longer walk with the dog today - 90 minutes. I really must use the cross trainer my legs ached so much after last time and I only did a couple of minutes
Already got my exercise in for today by lunchtime. Ok so what if I have my lunch of a meal replacement drink at 3pm. Have been walking with son and daughter in law, with their dog. Total 1hour 40 minutes out. Walking a bit, sitting on bench a lot, but had stopwatch app on phone. Total time walking was 27 min 14 seconds. As I had already walked 3laps of the garden this morning, taking 12 minutes I am giving myself a pat on the back. Would be good to be able to do non-stop walking for at least 30 mins, but good enough is good enough.
Ta JamroxHey , you are doing great. The 30 minutes at once will come, don't over do it , it will only set you back. Well done.

40 minutes walking in Blanchland by the river. It was like something from LOTR with all the tree roots and overhead branches. Then 15 minutes on exercise bike.
When I lived in Burnopfield we used to go to Blanchland in the summer for a day out.
Remind me is Stanhope near there?
