It's a twining. In a big tea bag and big leaves too! I love peppermint tea too. Very good for digestion. Don't know if it contains any carbs. I can't eat anything costa has to offer, except a packet of fruit and nut. Ditched the fruit, ate the nutsMint humbug tea? Have to try that.

I might email them and ask them to look into carb free wraps. I made mine in the form of a ground almond and linseed pancake.

Go peace train!Went to boots to weigh myself. I'm hoping that next Saturday I will be able to report that I'm overweight!!

Nice shiny new weighing scale arrived yesterday, one with a digital display that I could actually read easily rather than the traditional rotary dial which never keeps still. Mind you a few months ago it was hard enough to see the thing at all without leaning forward dangerously! Fortunately there is no offset between the two so I don't have to back-convert anything.
I was losing weight before we set sail on this voyage, nevertheless since 18 May I've lost another 2kg, 2.5" off my waist and 1" off my neck measurement so that's continuing progress.

"So that's all good" (no I don't look like Hugh Bonneville)
Got to work todayso might not get my walk in, but there's always the rower handy.
Aaaah football in the 70s... Liverpool, short shorts.Done my half hour on bike, but hubby tells me there's two matches on tonight, possibly three so I might just glue my a*s to the thing now. I'm only watching when America play just so I can see Klinsmann.. sadly he won't be wearing those white shorts these days, though he is still welcome to dive my way.
Eeeeewww! No, no, no! Skinny and pasty in his youth. Definitely improved with age! But compare him with Björn Borg! Game, set and match to Borg!Aaaah football in the 70s... Liverpool, short shorts.
And on another matter:
Aaaah tennis in the 70s and 80s... John McEnroe et al, short shorts.
McEnroe was such a misunderstood young man. I always liked him and he's improved with age.
And on another matter:
I wonder if I should start a thread in the off topic section ... "Thinking woman's crumpet". Well a crumpet has carbs and it affects bg levels. Or to keep it within equality parameters I could call it "thinking diabetic's crumpet"
I would begin with Mr McEnroe ...
