Michael Gove and his insane educational? policies!
Sorry but I'm a Daniel Craig fan.

Oh peace train! I despair! He's all too emosh! James Bond is supposed to be "mad, bad and dangerous to know!" Sean Connery or Pearce Brosnan. Although I'm not averse to Timothy Dalton!

I think it was the tights... I've a thing about men in tights.. Mikhail Baryshnikov... Yummy.

I can't see Daniel Craig myself.. Altogether too manly and looks like he would be happier carrying a hod of bricks. Dalton best looking Bond by far.
Can't see the Colin Firth thing either though he was cute in Bridget Jones.. I'd have plumped for Hugh Grant there though. And his brother Jonathan is better looking.

Yes Freddie's OK, I remember singing 'we love you Freddie, 'cos you've got red hair, we love you Freddie 'cos you're everywhere, we love you Freddie 'cos you're Arsenal through and through' Ah..... those were the days.

I like the way Connery played Bond. But I'm not into hairy chests!! Stop spoiling this topic! Get shallow and think only of the look!!

About DC - rugged is the word you're looking for and my target weight is that of a hod of bricks :)

Yes, Colin is cute, not swoon material.

Hugh Grant has a great nose!

No hairy chests are just wrong. I married Mr E when he was in his early twenties and quite chest hairless. Still wonder if it would havebeen reasonable grounds for divorce when he sprouted a dark rug.

Intolerance, career politicians, reality TV and so-called celebrity culture, mobile phones in the quiet carriage.
Blimey you're really getting into this aren't you!

For sportswomen it's a little different from sportsmen - the latter look much the same on and off the field, the women (naturally) can be completely different. For me the best looking woman tennis player is Laura Robson, but at my age that could sound a bit pervy! But I'm an athletics fan and there's no touching these two

Absolutely gorgeous in her prime, although I don't like what she does with her hair now

Yelena Isinbayeva the Russian pole vaulter - although she went down in my books when she sided with Putin's anti-gay policy - see, it's not just the looks that count!

As for screen personalities, they come and go but Dervla Kirwan, Julie Christie and Charlotte Rampling (worth it for the name alone) are constants. Kelly McGillis in Witness and Top Gun (although she's gay I believe). Sandra Bullock (another husky voice but loses points for some rubbish films). Susan Sarandon.

That'll do for now!

Steady on Rod! First you say "at my age that could sound quite pervy" then you say " there's no touching these two" the mind boggles!
