"A new you in 42"

35 mins on bike. Then an afternoon resting as my fibromyalgia playing up. At latest the cat is enjoying the company.

Oh dear, hope you feel better soon. At least you have managed the 30 mins plus some. I am still trying to find another 20 mins worth.

45 minute walk and 10 minutes with Bugs Bunny on the rower. For once I could see the clear positive effect of exercise on BGs, rather than the opposite (?liver decides the body needs more fuel and so releases more glucose).

Hope you get your 20 mins in and if you don't so what- you tried. Sometimes you have to put other ailments first. I've not been bothered for ages by the fibro but stress and exercise both contribute so to be expected I guess.

I did. 12 minutes pacing up and down the kitchen and 14 mins chair based exercises. Added to my earlier exercises I have overdone it by 6 mins.

well done. Sometimes 30 minutes seems outfacing, but by breaking it down like this, you can make good headway with it.

Thanks, but I guess you know how difficult it is when you really feel like you are walking through treacle!
Let's hope we feel better tomorrow. I for one would like to do 30 continuous minutes.

Yes I know that feeling all too well. I can manage 30 minutes continuous walking but still breaking my exercise bike into two sessions, which is better than the 4 it was before. It is all about working within one's capabilities and well- being envelope. I figure there's no point in having the BS levels and weight of a saint if I'm in bed 24/7 because of it.

I've remembered what I put. For some reason it didn't save. I mean to say:

You could walk on sunshine.

I'm falling asleep so I must go for my walk.

You could walk on sunshine. ;-)

Very wise.
Still very frustrating though.
This too will pass!

..the only exercise I got today was going back and forth to the bathroom at work...switched from semi skimmed milk to almond milk in my coffee a few days ago and it definitely doesn't like me ....googled it and I'm not the only one .... just a splash of ordinary milk from tomorrow...
