No apology needed. Good to think so many are intending to continue.Apologies @Pipp but I overlooked that. Either 'Do some more for 84' or 'Exercise some more for 84' would probably be reasonable alternatives.

Oh dear, hope you feel better soon. At least you have managed the 30 mins plus some. I am still trying to find another 20 mins worth.35 mins on bike. Then an afternoon resting as my fibromyalgia playing up. At latest the cat is enjoying the company.
If we're clever we could fit 2 lots in, one being the run up to Christmas. Or get into gear for the new year!I wish I had your imaginative brains .
Whats it to be people ( democracy in action lol)
Do we go for shorter or longer time ?

Good but that would exclude me. Can't walk for more than a couple of minutes. Could go in my wheelchair, but that would be cheating!
Change the 'walk' to 'do'? That would cover it. For the walkers- extend distance, speed etc. for other types of exercise the 'do some more' could be either extending current exercise, or trying something new.[/you can walk on sunshine ;-) QUOTE]

This I like. Varying and increasing exercise.A slightly faster walk today over a different route, but I still managed 45 minutes as I walked further.
I did. 12 minutes pacing up and down the kitchen and 14 mins chair based exercises. Added to my earlier exercises I have overdone it by 6 mins.Hope you get your 20 mins in and if you don't so what- you tried. Sometimes you have to put other ailments first. I've not been bothered for ages by the fibro but stress and exercise both contribute so to be expected I guess.

Thanks, but I guess you know how difficult it is when you really feel like you are walking through treacle!well done. Sometimes 30 minutes seems outfacing, but by breaking it down like this, you can make good headway with it.

Let's hope we feel better tomorrow. I for one would like to do 30 continuous minutes.
I've remembered what I put. For some reason it didn't save. I mean to say:Good but that would exclude me. Can't walk for more than a couple of minutes. Could go in my wheelchair, but that would be cheating!

Ah, right. Allergic to both though. Not having the best of days.I've remembered what I put. For some reason it didn't save. I mean to say:

I'm falling asleep so I must go for my walk.

Very wise.Yes I know that feeling all too well. I can manage 30 minutes continuous walking but still breaking my exercise bike into two sessions, which is better than the 4 it was before. It is all about working within one's capabilities and well- being envelope. I figure there's no point in having the BS levels and weight of a saint if I'm in bed 24/7 because of it.
