Patient One : "Hello Doctor, I,m a drug abuser and have been for several years after making a choice "to do" drugs .
Please can I have regular methodone and a place on a rehab program?"

Patient Two :"Hello Doctor, I,m an alcoholic and have been for several years after making a choice to drown all my sorrows in booze. Please can I have medication and a place on the liver transplant register."

Patient Three :"Hello Doctor, I.m a heavy smoker and have been for several years after making a choice to smoke. Please can I have nicotine replacement therapy and if I give up on that can i have treatment for bronchitis, enphecema, cancer?"

Patient Four : "Hello Doctor, I've developed type 2 diabetis and believe I need to test my blood on regular intervals so I know what to eat. Please can I have some test strips
Doctor : Certainly not!!!! Don't you understand there are people out there who really need our help! Come back in three months. Anyway. You won.t need your eyes if your feet are amputated will you?
