Hi
Levemir is being taken off the market at the end of the year and my consultant has started me on Abasaglar.
Since starting this, I've been told to take 8 units mornings only. The result is my BG is highly unstable, sometimes it goes really high during the night, sometimes hypo. During the day I have difficulty keeping BG in range. Also, not sure if it's related but think so, the amount of Novorapid I'm taking has increased without a change in my diet.
Has anyone else changed to or is using Abasaglar? How is it going for you?
Has anyone else come off Levemir and changed to something other than Abasaglar?
