It's a nice display. And I haven't eaten anything today yet.Sounds very annoying. Lovely graph though!
This is the same Abbott company that produces the freestyle Libre sensors, widely used in both mg/dl as mmol/l countries, isn't it?But looking at the adverts on the UK site the graphs are showing in mg/dl, so I suspect Abbott just haven't got their act together yet...?
I agree, but still suspect a (slightly) premature product launch. If so, they have over a decade of experience toggling apps between the two. Very odd issue.
So either it's just me, or nobody else has noticed, or nobody else cares. I'll wait to see what they come back with. This is not something we have encountered before; therefore, we will need to forward the details to our internal team.
So no luck with the mg/dl y-axis issue, but they're sending me a free biosensor.Following up on our previous communication, we have been advised by our internal team that there is currently no universal solution to the issue you are facing... we would be more than happy to issue a free Lingo biosensor as a gesture of goodwill.
A free sensor is worth practising deviding by 18!Well I heard back again from Abbot and they said:
