Abbot Lingo - issues with scale

I have a Lingo biosensor at the moment, and the graph scale keeps switching between mmol/L and mg/dL, whereas the main figure always shows mmol/L. It's not a big issue, but I was just wondering why it does it, and if anyone has any ideas. I realise it's not meant to be used for diabetes. I've attached a screenshot to illustrate what I mean.

I now use the Dexcom ONE+ which has a similar thing though not quite so annoying. I set the app to mmol/L which is what shows in the graphs etc.. however there isn’t anyway of opting for the estimated GMI (glucose management indicator) their version of HbA1c to anything other than %.

Both Abbott and dexcom are US companies, so I guess the % and mg/dL figures creep in. (BTW @Rachox and @IanBish I've given both your posts winner emojis just because I'm so impressed by your levels).

But looking at the adverts on the UK site the graphs are showing in mg/dl, so I suspect Abbott just haven't got their act together yet...?

This is the same Abbott company that produces the freestyle Libre sensors, widely used in both mg/dl as mmol/l countries, isn't it?
If so, they have over a decade of experience toggling apps between the two. Very odd issue.

I emailed Abbot with an explanation and a screenshot, and they replied:
This is not something we have encountered before; therefore, we will need to forward the details to our internal team.
So either it's just me, or nobody else has noticed, or nobody else cares. I'll wait to see what they come back with.
