Absolutely tired and hopeless

I'm pretty mad and confused about something too.
I'm still looking into ways to eat/drink less sugar and carbs and salt.
So I found some protein drinks with 1 gram of sugar in them at 2.66 each. Perfect that fits my 3 dollar budget. So I got 2 pks 30 altogether. Then I went back (amazon) just to check the price. They are now 47 a case of 15. What happened? I luckily hit a sale?
Now idk what to do. I thought i had a bit of a plan. They solved the sore mouth issues and the less sugar issue. And they were the recommended drink from the diabetes nurse.
I just know I'm not eating or drinking things bad for my high BP or high bs or sore mouth anymore. So I have to think of a new idea pretty fast.

It's a disease. We can't do anything. Why are we being lied to?

I try and I look for stuff cheaper but it can't be done. I'm falling. Into the pit. Of despair.
