Hi everyone - I had my review with my GP yesterday with an HBA1C of 59, having previously been 50. We decided I should change from gliclazide to metformin and she suggested that I should monitor BG levels before and after meals. I've always taken the fasting reading first thing in the morning but I'm not sure what the range should be during the day? I think there's also guidance on how soon to take the reading after the meal? So, help, please! I need the BG levels in "old money" because that's what my meter gives me! I know this info is in the forums somewhere but I can't find it.
