Accu-Chek Combo - input BG readings manually?

I have a friend who is reluctant to use the Libre. I was as evangelical as I could be about it, but her reasoning was that she uses the Accu-Chek Combo pump and relies on its bolus advice, including correction doses based on BG results from the meter/handset. I used to have one of these pumps myself, and I was sure one could input BG readings manually. Can anyone here confirm if that's the case? (I'd be amazed if not.)

Colin you cannot manually enter BG's into either the Combo or the Insight pumps, you have to use the handset to do a test first. I've had both pumps together with CGM and when using either pumps auto bolus advice you also need to test first.

You can read CGM and manually enter using your own workings for a bolus but not the pumps auto feature.

Bummer! Looks like she may have to rely on a smartphone app for bolus advice if she wants to use the Libre instead of fingersticks...
