I seem to have missed the news that it is now necessary to order Accu Chek cannulas and tubing in separate boxes, rather than ordering all-in-one infusion sets (cannulas + tubing together).

Posting here in case it is helpful for anyone else - this is taken from an email I got from Roche's helpful customer helpline:

"...the infusion sets are being discontinued, and this was made effective from the 1st July. Once the remaining stock has been sent out they will no longer be available, however at the moment you are able to order the 6/40 infusion sets until these are out of stock. The website has been updated so you would only be able to order these through email or telephone."

"This is a global phase out across all Roche countries, and is being carried out in an effort to reduce wastage of products, and improve the ordering process for our users and streamline our offering."

"Going forward the tubing and the cannulas will remain the same product, but they will be packaged in separate boxes. There will be no change to the quantity you can order or any additional cost to the NHS."

They have been useful to carry one around as an emergency spare as its less room, oh well just need to find room to carry two now Cannula and Adapter/tubing.
