Hi All,

I just noticed in my email inbox today an alert from Roche on the Accu-Chek Insight Insulin Pump. Just in case it is relevant to any of you folks also, I have copied the email into the attached file.

This is not new, its a repeat of an alert they sent out a few years ago, it seems some users were not being made aware of the need to change the adaptor when they change a cartridge (appears some were re-using adaptors) and the care needed to ensure the adaptor is inserted correctly.
