After having a total reality check after lots of burnout and denial I’m trying to get rid of the bad habits, anyone know any good cases for accu chek mobile?? Organised!! :)

I don't use one! being totally honest in several years I've broken the battery case on two (they have a tendency to land on the upper edge) but both still worked afterwards with the addition of tape.

are you looking to carry more than the mobile?

Wow that’s good! I’m so scatty and clumsy honestly anything hard-wearing is ideal haha!
I’m just trying to get myself organised as I’ve had my hba1c come back high!
I carry two insulin pens, the mobile, spare drums and insulin pen needles x

Hi - I would simply buy a big pencil case to carry the lot round in, saves rummaging through bags to locate the kit, sometimes you need to find the meter fast !

I agree with engineer88. I have dropped mine quite a few times, resulting in batteries making a bid for freedom, but on reassembly the meter has worked perfectly. A nicely made piece of kit.

Having said that I did get a free leather case when I registered. I hardly ever use it though. Just makes it too bulky.

The pencil case is a good idea if you want to take pens and needles and keep them together.

When I got my accuchek mobile, free from accuchek I was offered a free case with it and it’s really good, protects the meter and the lancing device. Try their website they may still have them.

I am newly diagnosed type2. I bought the mobile and I think its great. Excellent performance and easy to use. You can easily record data and look at timed results on your laptop etc. I have had a couple of test errors but they were prob my fault. Claim the free case its good.

If you get an Accuchek Mobile and register it with Accuchek, you will get a free case, and it is a good one too, with a magnetic type closure

If you order a free TEE2 meter it comes with a nice padded zip up case with various pockets and elastics to secure bits and pieces. (It is however too large to fit in a pocket, but certainly no larger than a pencil case, maybe smaller). You would then have a backup meter with 10 free strips & lancets, which is IMO always nice to have
