actimel alternatives?

hi all,
i was wondering if anyone knew any lower sugar alternatives for something like actimel the yogurt drink? :D
 
Those Actimel drinks can contain 2 teaspoons of sugar in each pot and in my view are best avoided and a waste of money. My preference is natural probiotic yogurt, it is a fraction of the cost of these yogurt drinks and basically does the same job in aiding gut bacteria.
