Hi everyone, a newby here. My friend and neighbour has been told to sort his diet out so the he can come off his tablets, and has asked me to make him a diabetic friendly crumble. After some research I have bought some ground almonds, chopped almonds a canderel sweetener. I have flour, butter and porridge oats, apples and raspberries. Can anyone advise me with a recipe, or quantities or anything I've forgotten? Thanks so much! Bex.
