Admin, please help

Hi Admin
sorry to be a pain but I’ve just joined.
I started a thread and it just won’t let me reply to these wonderful people that have helped me. It says inappropriate elements or spam

also, I just can’t see where or how to contact an administrator, please could you explain

That one is pretty easy. You can do any one of the following
1) hit the report button that appears below your post and explain your issue. This puts your message in the "report q" and means all moderators can see it.
2) send a private message to one or two moderators, who will them report your message so that the rest of the team sees it. (Disadvantage is that if you send a PM to a moderator who has just gone offline you'll have to wait till they go back online to see it.

3) write a message on a moderator's profile

4) start a new thread with your query (as you have done now).

As for your actual issue, in my experience the forum spam filter is sometimes overly enthusiastic for no obvious reason. Have you tried answering the posts without including any quotes? (You can always tag the members who you are replying to like this @Jo.flowers ?

Could you try replying to this message by clicking "Reply" in the bottom right hand corner of the message you want to reply to, and then typing a few words please?

Thank you! You’re all so helpful particularly at a time when im finding this diagnosis of pre diabetes so hard and my body is really reacting to cutting out sugar and lowering carbs, so thank you all of you!
