Advice - consecutive 24 hour fasts

    I don't always deliberately set out to fast, but sometimes I just don't feel the need to eat much, occasionally for several days in a row but then my body definitely decides to play catch up and I'll be eating a fair bit more for a couple of days then return to my usual eating pattern. I've simply accepted it as slightly odd and just "one of those things" but never actually associated it with the feasting and fasting concept, though presumably that's what's going on automatically...:wideyed:
