So I'm starting tomorrow - my birthday. Seemed appropriate. Going to use diet drinks during the week and my darling partner will cook the 710cals for me on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It's 710 Cals coz I'm addicted to nicotine lozenges that give me 90 Cals a day. I'm going to post on this thread. Will totally understand if no one reads as it's about me me me. But I think it'll help if I keep records here
