Hi all,
So I am a type 1 diabetic have been for 5 years so I had my little girl by c section few months ago and really struggling to get rid of mummy tummy, I am a dancer so am normally quite slim but since having my baby I have put on quite bit of weight obviously being type 1 doesn't help either.
I was looking at taking raspberry ketones but don't want to take them if they are not safe for type 1 does anyone have any advise on them or shed some light to help. Many thanks jemma x
