Hi yesterday I had my flu and pneumonia jabs .Today no fibbing I feel awful. All I've ate is one slice no fat bacon at breakfast and for lunch two cracker ryvita with tiny bit cheese two slices of red onion. Two hours

Maybe nothing, I felt awful after the pneumonia jab too ! Lasted a
couple of days. Hopefully you'll be back to normal soon !

when diabetic ,illness is worse because the activity of the white blood cells create extra energy or blood sugars spikes. that's why its sometimes difficult to control when poorly.
