Good lord.
After my weekend of struggling in the heat (and yesterday) my sugars were slightly higher than normal.

Was also time of the month and slot of pain.

Found I was retaining water like a puffa fish.

Today, even though I was stuffed to the brim after just 2 1/2 hours after breakfast sugars were 5.1.

Ate banana just to make sure they didn’t go lower (was about to go into
2 hour lesson so needed to make sure things stayed ok)

Ate banana at 10.15 then tested just now at 1.15 and I was a 6. Something.

Honestly. The frustration.

Seems like whatever was there has gone and now I am back to normal!!

Was not sure whether to give a star or a hug so gave a star and here's the hug figuratively.

Hormones and pain can create spikes in blood sugar. I know a few people that really have an issue that time of the month and it's not even the same each month. At least you are back to "normal".
