Alcohol tips!?

    The last 7 years was spent drinking heavily in town with work people (insurance- very socialble!!!) ... more keeping up with them... they would have a bottle EACH to start with! My hangovers got worse and worse- sob why did l do it too myself- my body just cant handle it! Then l was diagnosed type 1 in feb... .l have noticed if l have more than a couple to drink l have pains in my abdomen area the next day... not the best sign... so try to either not drink on a night out or have a 2 or 3 at the most- although so difficult when work mates (more the men) forget or dont realise the seriousness of diabetes and drunkenly yell 'claridge have another drink you lightweight!'... o dear! Much easier with friends...
