But do remember that you have been doing the ND, which will have affected those results. Am not sure what your diet intentions are after you stop NDing, but they may affect your next HbA1c, either up or down. I am sure you know this already, but sometimes we get people posting whilst NDing who seem to think that their bgs will remain the same once they go back to normal food, and while that does happen for some, it doesn't for all...
