Update.

Had my HbA1c blood done on friday, dn said she would ring me tomorrow with the result. Anxiety made me check online, just in case....

Are you ready? My result is (insert drum roll) a whopping 43.
You may now all bow and clap then maybe I can stop crying from sheer relief!
 
I'm bowing and clapping and doing a happy dance for you! lol.

But do remember that you have been doing the ND, which will have affected those results. Am not sure what your diet intentions are after you stop NDing, but they may affect your next HbA1c, either up or down. I am sure you know this already, but sometimes we get people posting whilst NDing who seem to think that their bgs will remain the same once they go back to normal food, and while that does happen for some, it doesn't for all...

No ND for me Brunneria, I have been following LCHF. And will keep doing it as a lifestyle! Thanks for your support, youve
 
Sorry folks. I was (still am) shaking so much that I locked myself out of my own thread! Need a pause here to calm down and decide what to treat myself to lol
