I discovered today that an "Alexa" will tell you the carbs per 100g of most common foods. All you you to do is say "Alexa how many carbohydrates in xxxxx". If you want detailed nutritional info just ask "Alex what is the nutritional facts for xxxx".
There are of course many other ways of finding this info, but Alexa is quick and easy.

Not sure I'd trust it although I guess it would over-estimate if using US measures anyway..
Google for example will always default to US measures in my experience.
