Thanks Jack412, I was just looking at Atkins diets, as for Steroids, I am open to anything really, but I do have other complex medical conditions as well, so I don't know if its possible.

The trouble with steroids is that they raise blood sugar levels lot so if you do need them be aware of that

Just been told to stop taking Tresiba because of the problems it is causing me.... What Next...
I feel like a guinea pig lol.

Get onto Atkins and pray you have bad insulin resistance and you won't need to take insulin
