Are you still eating the bettroot etc for dinner?
I think peesonally that an increase in meds of some description would enable you to get just a tad lower with a bit more flexibility around foods....

You may have to experiment with some small late night snack (such as a small piece of cheese or some hot milk) to try and control the liver dump fairies that are making your fasting counts high in the morning.
Do you test before going to bed or during the night at all?
You are doing so well Ally. Just your fasting figures to get a bit lower. As @pavlosn said above, perhaps you could test just before you get in bed, then you can see if the rise is coming during the evening or during the night.
