Thanks BTWhether type 2 is reversible is a controversial topic, and as far as I can see, still undecided. My theory is the same as @Mike D We can keep tight control of our levels and keep them at non-diabetic levels, but we still have to control our eating to keep them there. If we relax too much and start eating too many carbs, our levels will shoot up again and we will be back where we started. One or two people on this forum have kept tight control with very low HbA1c results over a period of time and been taken off the diabetic register, but their HbA1c's have been consistently low without medication.
That is to say that if you kept your BS down to ND range, as soon as you returned to eating the wrong food / drinks, back you'd go up again.i am pleased, but how can i be non diabetic, as i thought once a diabetic, always one

Sorry ally I meant your result was close to non diabetic. You are still diabetic, but our target is non diabetic results through dieti am pleased, but how can i be non diabetic, as i thought once a diabetic, always one
