ally1,s BS levels

thank you all so very much.
the DN was so shocked and surprised at how well done i have been
she did ask how often i was testing, and she said to only test every few days, but i will carry on testing the way i have been doing

Congratulations! Super results. It's surely got to sink in with the NHS sometime soon that regular testing can both educate and spur people on to control their BS.

You must feel great! Best thing of all. Your health. No complications if you carry on this way. I'm.just over the moon for you. To think you had readings in 30.0 plus and hospitalations just a few months ago and now!!!! Now look at you. A total inspiration for newbies in the same situation. Just look at how you will encourage others v new to this. Oh Ally. Well done xx

i had chicken, few carrots, broccolli and cauli
was a bit surprised to 7.2 maybe it was the carrots
 
I've always hated cooked carrots, I am so happy my new healthy lifestyle means their no longer good for me lol :)

Well Hello Ally, you told me you didn't think you had lost any weight, you were obviously 'Joking with me' this is fantastic 16kg down.

You have amazed me, well done Ally.

Your BP is the same as mine
Your Cholesterol is now Lower than mine
Your weight loss is quicker than mine
