As often with questions like this some diabetics can and some can't. It all depends on why you are eating it and what you are trying to achieve to control your blood sugars.
Personally any cereal spikes me. And I wouldn't recommend it.
All you can do is test it with your meter.
Test your bloods before you eat and two hours after your first bite and if it is above 2mms higher then you should avoid it.
I'd rather have an omelette or a fry up or some full fat yoghurt with some berries for breakfast.
