I have been trying to take apple cider vinegar at night to reduce my morning bg's but it gives me stomach ache about an hour after taking it. I tried it just in a glass of water which was grim to say the least!! I've also wizzed it up with water, strawberries and a sweetener which was ok but still gave me stomach ache. I have the tablets but have to take 4+ to make a difference and they are not cheap and mine have things in I'd rather avoid. I will continue with the tablets if it continues to help but does anybody else have any other techniques which work.
