Very basic meat, fish, veg, eggs, cheese. I have become a compulsive label reader. I use gluten free soy sauce (expensive) and spices to cook meat or stir fry. Eating out is pretty much a no-go. A lot of my meals are salad with mayo and some kind of meat or omelettes. I have also found a gluten free/sugar free pepperoni that I like. I would rather be bored than sick.put your success stories in figuring out what to eat here.
