That thought of that made me laugh. The dog was blind. Poor thing had its eyes removed and stitched up 3 months earlier due to glaucoma. He was just sat in well by feet and then when talking to owner he jumped up on his lap. Isn't it amazing though how well dogs cope. The owner said he still found his way round the home okay...
sad about the dog, i watch animal cops they have dogs which are blind go to homes that understand how to care for them, like not moving furniture around. they call the 3 leg dogs tripods Jill
I guess in the same way as I have children still but don't receive child benefit any more. Basically, there is more to it than just receiving DLA or PIP. You have to meet certain criteria, not just have a disability.
