Hi everyone! I've been having a snoop about Amazon looking at the low carb stuff and saw the low carb Tortillas. Does anyone else use them? What are they like? Does anyone use anything else low carb off of amazon?

Also, does anyone shop anywhere else online for low carb stuff like specific low carb uk stores?

According to the carb zone website they are 10g of carb per 100g or 6g per tortilla..
I think you could probably make something lower carb with one of the low carb pizza base recipes? Depends if you like cooking.. also they look pretty pricey at over 50p per tortilla but that's just me.

As always thought try them and measure with your meter.. they may work for you.

Various websites suggest carbzone products tend to spike people.

I swear by Josephs products, either low carb pitas or tortillas.....................really don't spike me. Can get on Amazon, or the best website for all low carb products in my opinion, which is Avidlite - excellent service.

I often have a lowcarb pita for breakfast with dip/humous/pate/egg mayo. Or fill it with meat and mayo. Or use one as a pizza base.
